Our team of well-trained and experienced staff is deeply dedicated to creating an engaging play space, fostering exploration, learning, and the development of independence through tailored activities that cater to each child’s unique needs within the setting.

VALUING DIVERSITY AND PROMOTING EQUALITY
The pre-school team in our early years setting is the driving force behind a nurturing and enriching learning environment. Led by a dedicated manager, our professionals collaborate to inspire creativity, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for every child, fostering a love for learning from the very beginning. Our Early Years Practitioners are trained or currently training to a Childcare Level 3 qualification. Additionally, all staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, Food Hygiene, and Prevent.
Each child will have a designated key worker that they will work with to achieve the EYFS goals.
SMALL, NURTURING, COMMUNITY
Located in the centre of the village and with fantastic surroundings allows us to broaden and deepen the children’s learning experiences through trips out and about.
At our Pre-School, we proudly maintain strong connections with River Primary School. Our regular visits to the school involve utilising their facilities for a variety of activities, ensuring our children have access to a diverse and stimulating environment. These interactions not only encompass engaging in physical activities but also include the enriching experience of watching school performances, fostering a sense of community and connection between our Pre-School and the wider educational landscape.
Our collaborative efforts with River Primary School extend beyond physical engagement, allowing for a seamless transition and a shared commitment to the holistic development of every child. Through these connections, we aim to provide a well-rounded and enriching early learning experience that goes beyond the confines of our Pre-School, setting the stage for a lifelong love of learning.
